Link ERPLY and ShopRoller
Integrate ERPLY with your ShopRoller online store.
Follow the steps below to link them up.
1. Open Add-on's
Open your ShopRoller administration, click on ADD-ON's and open SALES.
2. Set ERPLY
Find ERPLY, and click SET.
This will open the configuration window.
3. Configure ERPLY Settings
NB! Please allow 30 minutes for synchronization for the first time you enable ERPLY.
Thereafter, synchronization will occur at the set intervals, as indicated below.
3.1 Enter Data
Enter your data from ERPLY into the DATA fields.
3.2 Import Products
If you would like to import your products from ERPLY, select the ENABLED checkbox.
Select the product data you would like to sync from ERPLY using the import products fields:
3.3 Import Product Groups
If your products have groups, you can import them too by enabling this setting.
3.4 Import Stock Levels
If you would like to take your product stock levels from ERPLY, then keep them synchronized by enabling this setting.
What is the difference between PHYSICAL INVENTORY and FREE INVENTORY (minus reservations)?
Select PHYSICAL INVENTORY if you would like to display stock levels based on total units entered, regardless of whether these products have been booked or reserved.
For example: if there are 10 products initially available for purchase, then 3 products are reserved for later purchase, customer's will still see 10 products available for purchase: "10 left".
Select FREE INVENTORY if you would like to display stock levels based on total units left (available).
For example: if there are 10 products initially available for purchase, then 3 products are reserved for later purchase, customer's will see the remaining stock level: "7 left".
3.5 Import Price lists
If your products have sales prices in ERPLY, import them by enabling this setting.
3.6 Import Client Groups
If you have created customer groups in ERPLY, keep them in sync with ShopRoller by enabling this setting.
3.7 Import Clients
If you have customers in ERPLY, keep them in sync with your ShopRoller account by enabling this setting.
3.8 Import Brands
If you have created Brand categories in ERPLY, keep them in sync with your ShopRoller account by enabling this setting.
3.9 Import Warehouses
If you have warehouse data in ERPLY, keep it in sync with your ShopRoller account by enabling this setting.
3.10 Export Sales Orders
If you would like to keep your sales orders between ERPLY and ShopRoller in sync, enable this setting.
Check the box ENABLED.
Select Document Type
- Cash Invoice
- Export invoice
Select Paid Orders Only or Not
Yes: Only import orders which have already been paid
No: Import all orders (not all customers have paid for their orders)
3.11 Export Payments
If you would like to keep your payments between ERPLY and ShopRoller in sync, enable this setting.
Set Arrival Methods.
NB! To set arrival methods ("ERPLY laekumise viisid"), you must first enter client identification code, username, and password.
Scroll to the top of the page and hit SAVE.
How do I import matrix products?
Matrix products should automatically be imported from ERPLY.
