To sync products with ERPLY, you will first need to link your ShopRoller account with your ERPLY account.

Confirm Brand data in ERPLY
You must ensure that Brand data is added in ERPLY in order for it to sync with ShopRoller.
Q. Are Brands added with your products in ERPLY?
Open your ERPLY account and view your product data. Does the data include Brand information?
